The coastline from Sheerness to Warden point is all London Clay, it is best to do each end on two different occasions. Warden bay is better for children and families and is a very short walk, this is the preferred route by most, but also the most visited by collectors. Both ends are very good and each with vary depending on beach conditions. Follow the A249 onto the Isle of Sheppey from either the A2 or M2.

 ACCESS 1: SHEERNESS
There is a car park at Minster, head north through the town and head towards the coast, park here and walk South Eastwards.

ACCESS 2: WARDEN POINT (Shown on Map Links in Summary Box)
Head towards Leysdown-on-seam just before the sign for Leysdown, there is a road to the left, it is not very well signposted, although it says 'Holiday Village' but will take you directly to Warden Point. Follow the road down and around, on the corner of a sharp bend is a car park called 'Warden Point' Park here and walk North West.
